Most Frequently Asked Questions….
WHAT IS THE PROCESS IF WE DECIDE TO HIRE THE BASEMENT STORE?
Step # 1- All you have to do is sign your quote and fax it to us with your Block and Lot # on it. There is no payment required at this time. The Basement Store will then call you and let you know that we received the contract during the next business day.
Step # 2- Permits: The Basement store will fill out your permit package for you and send it to you promptly via US Mail. Once you receive the package, you will need to bring it down to your Township permit office for processing. The Township will then call you when the permit is ready. Once you have the permit in hand, you will be placed on the schedule.
Step # 3- Approximately one week before the start of your job, a representative of The Basement Store will visit your home to layout your basement utilizing marking material. At that time, we will collect 1/3 of your estimated total job payment. Jobs generally commence within a week from this step. The office will then notify you 1 to 2 days prior to the framing start date.

WHAT DOES A REVEAL EDGE MEAN?
